Shipping Policy
Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on Friday ship the following Monday. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order is on its way.
U.S. Shipping
- Delivery takes 2–5 business days via USPS after your order ships.
- Free U.S. shipping on orders over $200.
- Every U.S. order includes tracking.
International Shipping
- Delivery takes 6–12 business days via USPS.
- International orders do not include tracking.
- Local taxes, customs duties and import fees may apply and are the customer’s responsibility. We are unable to estimate these charges in advance.
- International orders (excluding Canada) are final sale once shipped.
Delivery Issues
Delivery times are estimates, and carrier delays can occur. Please double-check your address at checkout, as we are not responsible for packages sent to an incorrectly entered address. If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot find it, please check with neighbors and your local post office. We cannot be held responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery.
