When can I expect to receive my order?
We will ship your order within 2-5 business days! This can be closer to 7 business days during releases due to the influx of orders! Your location will then determine the amount of time your package arrives. We ship through USPS which takes 2-5 business days for the arrival, however delivery date cannot be guaranteed.
I haven't received my item but tracking says it has been delivered.
Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. We prove tracking with every purchase, and thus can not help any further besides resending tracking information. We encourage you to contact your local USPS office.
We are not responsible for replacing items.
My package or product arrived damaged.
Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for damaged packages or damage to products that occurred during shipping.
You can however contact the mail carrier and depending on the case they should be able to help you.
If there is a manufacture defect, upon delivery, please contact us via email and we can discuss it with you. Please be aware that a small hole will be on the insole, as that is created while our shoes are being crafted. This is not considered a defect. Variations/imperfections of leather will occur. This is not basis for a return.

Do you price adjust if I purchased before a sale started?
We do not adjust prices if you purchased before a sale started. However, if you forgot to add a discount code for a sale please contact our customer service department and we will be more than happy to help you!
Do you accept returns/exchanges
We do not refund canceled orders. Shop credit will be issued for the amount.
We do not accept returns for refunds.
We do accept exchanges but for shop credit only. We do not do item for item exchange, due to the difficulty of keeping our inventory in stock
Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order if you would like to arrange an exchange. After the 5 days, we are not responsible to accept any exchanges. Shoes must be unused, resalable, and in original packaging. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org before you ship your item for approval. We recommend sending via USPS Padded Flat Rate Envelope with tracking. Tracking is important because we can not process a return if an item has not been received and tracking is not available. This will insure you that your exchange items make it to the proper place. Shipping and postage costs are non-refundable.
Upon receipt of the shoes we will issue shop credit, minus the restocking fee.

Why did my hammock not ship with the rest of my order?
Our hammocks are shipped from Nicaragua, using DHL shipping. The hammocks will be shipped separately, from any other ordered item. Not to worry, because shoes, dresses, sun hats, will be shipped together from the U.S.
If you order a hammock, your item will be shipped from 5-7 business days. Your hammock will be shipped DHL Express, which includes tracking and insurance.
We do not reimburse custom fees.
