This page contains The Humble Soles terms & conditions. Please read these terms & conditions carefully before ordering any of The Humble Soles product. You should understand that by ordering any of our products, you agree to be bound by these terms & conditions and the information below.

Shipping

U.S. Domestic Orders: 2-5 business days shipping time via USPS Mail.

International Orders: 6-12 business days shipping time via USPS. Local/international charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customers expense. Please note The Humble Soles is unable to estimate the total amount of taxes or duties that may be due at time of delivery. Orders are considered FINAL SALE (excluding Canada) once shipped and are therefore ineligible for refund or exchange. International orders do not include tracking.

The Humble Soles is not responsible for lost packages due to mistyped addresses.
The Humble Soles cannot estimate exact delivery dates or times.
The Humble Soles does not guarantee shipping time via our carriers. Delays can and may occur.
Allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped from our facility.
Friday orders are ship out the following Monday.
I haven't received my item but tracking says it has been delivered.

Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. We prove tracking with every purchase, and thus can not help any further besides resending tracking information.

Why did my hammock not ship with the rest of my order?

Our hammocks are shipped from Nicaragua, using DHL shipping. The hammocks will be shipped separately, from any other ordered item. Not to worry, because shoes, dresses, sun hats, will be shipped together from the U.S.

If you order a hammock, your item will be shipped from 2-5 business days. Your hammock will be shipped DHL Express, which includes tracking and insurance.

(a). When you opt-in to the service, we will send you an SMS message to confirm your signup. (b). Our messaging service will be used for marketing communications (including company updates, events, sales, shopping cart reminders, etc.) (c). You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the short code. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again. (d). If at any time you forget what keywords are supported, just text "HELP" to the short code. After you send the SMS message "HELP" to us, we will respond with instructions on how to use our service as well as how to unsubscribe. (e). We are able to deliver messages to the following mobile phone carriers: Major carriers: AT&T, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, T-Mobile, MetroPCS, U.S. Cellular, Alltel, Boost Mobile, Nextel, and Virgin Mobile. Minor carriers: Alaska Communications Systems (ACS), Appalachian Wireless (EKN), Bluegrass Cellular, Cellular One of East Central IL (ECIT), Cellular One of Northeast Pennsylvania, Cincinnati Bell Wireless, Cricket, Coral Wireless (Mobi PCS), COX, Cross, Element Mobile (Flat Wireless), Epic Touch (Elkhart Telephone), GCI, Golden State, Hawkeye (Chat Mobility), Hawkeye (NW Missouri), Illinois Valley Cellular, Inland Cellular, iWireless (Iowa Wireless), Keystone Wireless (Immix Wireless/PC Man), Mosaic (Consolidated or CTC Telecom), Nex-Tech Wireless, NTelos, Panhandle Communications, Pioneer, Plateau (Texas RSA 3 Ltd), Revol, RINA, Symmetry (TMP Corporation), Thumb Cellular, Union Wireless, United Wireless, Viaero Wireless, and West Central (WCC or 5 Star Wireless). ***Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages*** (f). As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Frequency of messages may vary.
