Terms and Conditions

These are the terms and conditions for The Humble Soles. Please read them carefully before placing an order. By ordering from The Humble Soles, you agree to the terms below.

Orders and Processing

Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Orders placed on Friday ship the following Monday.

Shipping

U.S. orders: 2–5 business days via USPS after your order ships. Free U.S. shipping on orders over $200.

International orders: 6–12 business days via USPS. International orders do not include tracking. Local taxes, customs duties and import fees may apply depending on your country and are the customer’s responsibility. We are unable to estimate these charges in advance. International orders (excluding Canada) are final sale once shipped and are not eligible for refund or exchange.

The Humble Soles cannot guarantee carrier delivery times, and delays can occur. We are not responsible for packages lost because of an incorrectly entered address.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We provide tracking with every U.S. order. If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors and your local post office. We cannot be held responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery.

By providing your phone number through our website sign-up form or at checkout, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from The Humble Soles, such as new arrivals, restocks, pre-orders, sales and cart reminders. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

  • Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive one message confirming you have been unsubscribed.
